One raffle ticket for pictured Bar Barrel per $10.00 purchase. Your payment invoice will serve as proof of purchase of your ticket.
GOSA trustees will place one ticket per ticket ordered with buyer’s name into the drawing on January 14, 2023. Drawing will be held at the 2023 OFMA Convention gala on Saturday evening.
- This raffle is being conducted and governed pursuant to Ohio laws. All tickets are considered sold in Ohio when purchased.
- It is each purchaser’s responsibility to ensure it is legal in the purchaser’s state to participate in this raffle, and individual purchasers represent to the GOSA it is legal to accept the ticket via email.
- The IRS requires the GOSA to collect tax information via form W-9 for all prizes valued over $600. The winner will be required to submit a completed form to claim their prize.
- The GOSA reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness in publicity and marketing materials, including but not limited to, media releases, the GOSA’s website, brochures and other promotions.
